Your responsibilities:
The Operation Accelerator ensures smooth and efficient day-to-day operations by offering administrative and organizational support. The Operations Accelerator is responsible for aligning the daily operations internally across departments and handling customer contact when needed. Additionally, the Operations Accelerator acts as a liaison between the Operations team and the sales department.
No day in the office will be the same. Every day there will be different kinds of orders, destinations, return requests from customers, or support needed from the sales team. But the tasks that are part of most of your days are:
Planning and organizing shipments:
- Arranging transport
- Creating transport documentation
- Validating sales orders
Coordination between departments:
- Ensuring smooth communication between different departments
- Aligning operations for efficiency and effectiveness
Monitoring shipments:
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments
- Resolve issues and challenges by liaising with logistics partners
Managing returns (RMA):
- Handle returns and repairs with customers and suppliers
- Ensure a positive customer experience
Administrative tasks:
- Submit reports
- Finalize documents
- Logging tasks into the system
Team player:
- Having fun with colleagues
Your day in the office:
08:30 While enjoying a warm cup of coffee you start the day by checking the incoming orders.
09:15 You join the operational scrum where your input is used to create the planning for our technical and logistics teams, ensuring priorities are clear for the day’s shipments. You’re the link that keeps the team informed and aligned!
09:30 You join the BOLF (Backoffice/Finance/Legal) Scrum. A quick check-in where we can discuss key topics and share important updates, but also a nice moment to check in on each other and share some fun weekend stories.
10:00 Time to validate the latest orders entered by Sales, ensuring all details are accurate, so the warehouse team can process shipments smoothly.
11:00 During the day you’ll dive into your mailbox handling all kinds of requests like arranging pick-ups, quotations, RMA’s, and tackling challenges that arise with our logistics partners.
13:00 You enjoy a lovely buffet lunch while you try to master some of the 25+ different languages spoken by our coworkers when chatting with them. A quick walk outside will give you some new energy for the rest of the day.
14:00 After your break you focus on customer and supplier communication. Respond to emails, follow up on pending cases, and send out detailed reports. With your favorite music playing on your headphones, the hours fly by.
16:00 In the final hour of the day we check to ensure all orders have been shipped and begin organizing the plan for tomorrow.
17:00 Wrap up the day! Before heading home, you join a fun workout in the company gym. We believe in working hard and having fun along the way, creating a supportive and fun working environment that you’ll love being a part of.

This is you:
- You have an associate degree (MBO) from any major
- You have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- You have solid writing and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in English is required. Other languages are a plus.
- You are accurate, efficient, well-organized, and stress-resistant
- You take responsibility and pride in the work performed and value the quality of the work produced.
- You are customer service-oriented as well as business service-minded
