This is a varied role where you’ll be working closely with teams across sales, marketing, logistics, and finance to help deliver our brand plans and meet sales goals. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly—whether it’s coordinating product launches, supporting our clients, or helping with events and internal projects. What you will doSupport sales planning and coordinate with internal teams (Customer Logistics, Finance, Marketing) to ensure seamless execution from forecasting through to product launch in export markets.Manage day-to-day local market requests, including product information, marketing materials, orders, and regulatory queries.Compile and consolidate critical business data such as inventory reports, forecasts, sales performance, SKU analysis, and pricing details.Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth execution of operational processes across all markets and Global teams.Assist senior management with operational tasks including event support and project coordination.Plan and coordinate large-scale meetings and calendar management for regional connects.Manage procurement-related processes including vendor forms, purchase order management, and invoice submissions.
