About the role
Nexperia is a fast-growing international high-tech semiconductor company with a global IT footprint. The IT organization is one of our shared service centers (SSC) servicing our company worldwide.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to the financial success of our organization and play a crucial role in optimizing our IT processes, supporting Nexperia’ s growth ambitions.
In this role you will be a strategic finance partner for the business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional international teams, providing financial insights, and playing a key role in strategic decision-making.
You’ll be based at our global headquarter in Nijmegen (the Netherlands).
What you will do
Acting as the Financial Business Partner for the IT organization.
Being responsible for the cost controlling of the IT organization with a spend > 80M$ annually.
Working closely together with the head of IT (CIO) and being part of the IT management team.
Helping the IT organization in their upcoming transformation to a new organizational design and service model.
Monitoring KPI performance and actively driving improvements in these areas.
Proactively driving saving programs and process improvements.
Ensuring timely and accurate monthly and ad hoc (cost) reporting.
Prepare the recurring cost forecasts, both short term and long term.
Reporting out and present to senior management on a regular basis.
What you will need
Minimum Master’s degree with focus on Finance & Controlling or equivalent required.
4 years or more experience in an international Finance function.
Ability to be a strategic business partner to the organization.
Ability to communicate and advice at a Senior Level.
Fluent in English, speaking & writing.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on strong Excel skills and PowerPoint), SAP business warehouse, solid SAP FI/CO knowledge.
