This is a pure new business sales role, if you want to hunt, win, and build, you’ll thrive here! As Business Development Representative ITAD, you’re at the frontline of expanding our refurbished equipment and IT asset disposition (ITAD) services across the globe. Your mission: connect with new clients, especially large enterprises and private equity firms, and double or even triple our ITAD business. We want someone who lives for the chase, isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, and dreams in dollar signs.
Your daily focus will be on proactive outreach: cold calling, networking, and following up on your own leads. You’ll attend international industry events (not every week, but often enough to build a global presence), connect with decision-makers worldwide, and pitch our ITAD solutions wherever you spot an opportunity. You’ll work closely with the sales team and, as you succeed, you’ll get the freedom to build out your own team. There’s already some structure in place, but you need to bring your own discipline and set up what’s needed to conquer new markets.
