What are you going to do ?

You play a crucial role in successfully achieving our long-term growth! You understand not only our long-term internal & external staff planning, but also our short-term staffing challenges. You will come up with thoughtful proposals that you can substantiate practically. You are challenged by the diversity of complex projects involving technical products on board of our maritime projects (luxury superyacht/marine vessel/workboat) or at our industrial customers. Independently, you will work with Resource Managers, Project Managers, Purchasing and HR colleagues.

In addition:

  • You search for and develop relationships with suitable hirers & employment agencies;
  • You ensure a qualitative and reliable placement of, among others, electricians and chief mechanics based on delivered project schedules;
  • To this end, you make partnership proposals after consultation with the Resource Managers;
  • You provide overviews of partnerships per field and country. You do this for the external part of Resource Planning (External Hiring), for the short term (next quarter) and long term (upcoming 3 years);
  • You are the point of contact for your colleagues for external hiring and consult with your strategic hiring parties and the Resource Managers;
  • You take care of the procurement of services (e.g. IT and Travel) with efficient attention to your colleagues in these fields. We train you substantively and commercially (partly externally) to handle these files efficiently, keeping your focus on external hiring.

    Who are you ?

    You enjoy being close to the customers and colleagues at the shipyards. With your result-oriented but also future-oriented attitude, you are able to think strategically to let the capacity (and corresponding quality) grow along with our ambitions.
    You are a star at being well organised, but also at switching quickly. You easily involve your colleagues and include them in the development of your long-term plans, while also achieving short-term results. You create, maintain and share overviews and can combine this with other procurement files (especially services) such as IT, Travel and Facility/Real Estate.

    Procurement experience is not a must. If you have experience in the staffing industry but no procurement experience, but do have client/sales experience – we would also be happy to meet you!

    In addition:

  • You have several years of relevant work experience in the staffing industry with HBO working and thinking level;
  • You are familiar with A1 declarations, SNA certificates, NEN -1/2 certifications, G-accounts etc. and you actively share developments in your field with colleagues;
  • You enjoy building partnerships with staffing organisations based on the needs of our experienced people in Resource Management, Project Management and Procurement;
  • You thrive in a dynamic project and legislative environment;
  • You recognise yourself in a commercial bridge-builder role;
  • You have a sense of humour and connect with people easily & pleasantly.
