Consumer Behaviour Capability Development Intern

Start date: August/September 2024

Duration: 5 to 6 months

Location: Nijmegen

Basic Requirements:

  • You should have strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement except CTI but other languages are a plus)
  • You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load for the duration of the internship.

    Join the INZ CTI/CX R&D team in Nijmegen in developing our consumer capabilities. You will be working with a team of sensory and consumer scientists, scoping, investigating, and implementing our behaviour expertise to deliver consumer-centric innovation within the international zone.

    Assignments and key activities:

  • During the internship you will identify, develop, and implement specific ethnographic methodologies applying to one of our key sauce projects aiming to deliver more sustainable and/or healthy solutions successfully to our consumers.
  • In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop new CX research best-practice for Kraft Heinz based on your experience and/or deliver fundamental learnings on how to successfully translate consumer benefits into pack and products features that can be leveraged across more products/categories.
  • Specific Team Requirements:

  • Food Science Master student with classes on consumer behaviour research or/and Master’s in Product Design with classes on design interaction
  • Affinity with quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Fluent in communication in
  • Previous projects in consumer research is preferred
  • Previous internship in CX area is a plus
  • You are an independent team worker with a scientific mindset.
