Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you drive long-term value for key clients by acting as a trusted advisor, understanding their goals, and identifying growth opportunities.
You will become an expert in their SaaS solution, guiding clients through best practices, product features, and real-world applications. Your support will be key in helping customers maximise the platform’s value.
Success in this role means preventing churn, building loyalty, and sharing success stories. You’ll provide actionable feedback to internal teams, track engagement, and deliver clear reports on account health while identifying areas for proactive support.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about relationship-building, problem-solving, and making technology feel human.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the B2B SaaS space
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Willingness to be in the Arnhem office 2 to 3 days per week
- Comfortable managing 30+ accounts simultaneously
