Overview
In this role within ICN8’s Maintenance Support & Gas and Chemical Systems, you coordinate with subcontractors to plan maintenance and actions, and drive continuous improvements to Safety, Quality, Availability, and Costs. You will plan and execute projects to enhance reliability of gas and chemical delivery systems, define modification requirements, test changes, and maintain documentation. You’ll train technicians and support the maintenance teams in complex issues, contributing to safe and efficient production in Europe’s largest 8-inch cleanroom.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Daily alignment with subcontractors on maintenance activities, priorities, planning and action follow-up
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing tool data and planning improvements to KPI performance (Safety, Quality, Availability, Costs)
- Prepare, manage and execute projects to improve reliability and availability of gas and chemical systems
- Define requirements for gas and chemical system modifications
- Test and accept modified systems
- Maintain documentation and procedures
- Train and coach maintenance technicians
- Support maintenance teams with complex issues
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electronical or Chemical Engineering
- Knowledge of gas and chemical delivery systems
- 1-3 years of experience in a comparable role
- Experience in cross-functional teams
- Experience in leading projects or activities
- Knowledge of PLC control systems
- Knowledge of problem solving techniques (e.g., advanced troubleshooting, incident mapping)
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Experience with safety studies, ATEX and BRZO regulations is a plus
