Facility Coordinator
One of our esteemed clients in the medtech industry is looking for a Facility Coordinator for their biologics site in Nijmegen. This is a challenging position with opportunities to participate in global initiatives and (inter-) site projects.
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Facility Coordinator to ensure efficient delivery of all Facility services in scope, in collaboration with specialist contractors. The role includes managing both Hard and Soft Services, ensuring compliance with EHS and Quality standards, and coordinating with their service provider.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Soft Service delivery, including security, mailroom, food services, housekeeping, conference room management, audio-visuals, pest control, grounds maintenance, and GMP cleaning.
- Manage Hard Service delivery, including security systems like fire safety, CCTV, access control, civil works, utilities, and systems like steam, potable water, sewer, automatic doors, and lifting equipment.
- Ensure delivery of Facility Services is compliant with EHS and Quality standards.
- Perform day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance on systems.
- Interact with the service provider on all Facility services.
- Monitor operational budgets for both internal and contracted resources; monitor operational performance of service providers.
- Act as a sponsor and support Project Development and Delivery teams on capital and infrastructure projects.
- Support the site-level deployment of enterprise Facilities programs.
- Maintain site-level customer relationships with peers from EHS, Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering; understand their expectations and translate them into business service solutions.

About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management or a related Technical field.
- Strong focus on EHS and GMP Quality engineering.
- Good interpersonal skills to work with many different disciplines, nationalities, and levels.
- Availability to work in a demanding and changing environment.
- Initiate continuous improvement of processes and working methods.
- Experience with GMP documentation.
- Technical writing knowledge.
- Preferred: 5 years of working experience in a related field.
