Work Flexibility: HybridWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join our Flex Financial team. In this role, you will support the Associate Manager and work closely with Financial Analysts across Europe, Portfolio Analysts, Sales, Finance, Legal and Internal Controls teams. You will help ensure that financing contracts are documented correctly, internal control requirements are met, contract data is accurately maintained, and operational processes are standardized and improved across regions.What you will do: Act as a key cross-regional support partner for the Associate Manager, Financial Analysts and Portfolio Analysts across EuropeMaintain the European contract database and propose corrections when needed.Ensure controls regarding deal documentation are met including approvals, Oracle screenshots, supporting documentation and relevant bank communicationsSupport the maintenance of data bases, such as Oracle and data tables, ensuring information is accurate, complete and stored according to control requirementsSupport IPE testing and perform investigative follow-up to identify inconsistencies, understand root causes, coordinate with relevant teams and support required system correctionsContribute to process standardization, operational improvements and system optimization across regions, including new requirements from Internal Controls or business process changesSupport cross-functional or ad hoc projects that improve the efficiency, accuracy and scalability of Flex Financial processesBuild a strong understanding of the Financial Analyst role to provide ad hoc support and holiday cover across regions when neededEssential RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in finance, financial administration, business operations, contract administration, or a similar roleVery strong attention to detail and a structured, organized way of workingComfortable working with numbers, financial data, contracts and system-based processesStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; experience with Power BI is a plusAbility to investigate inconsistencies, identify root causes and follow up with different stakeholders until issues are resolvedStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with regional teams, Finance, Sales, Legal and Internal ControlsFluent in English, both written and spokenPreferred RequirementsExperience working with contracts, documentation, repositories, audit evidence, or internal controlsExperience with Oracle, Salesforce, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar business systemsCurious and improvement-minded, with the initiative to question processes and suggest practical improvementsEnjoys administrative, investigative and process-focused work in a finance environmentComfortable working in a cross-regional, multicultural team environmentNetherlands Pay Ranges:Netherlands: 44.100 – 81.900 EUR AnnualAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
