You will be supporting the European Food Safety and Quality department for external factories and suppliers whiledeveloping toyour fullest potential within this internship. Your focus areas will be SCQM (Supply Chain Quality Management) andcross-functional projectsintheFSQ Complianceteam.
Assignments and key activities:
Support project coordination,communicationand documentation activities within:
Food Safety and Quality Risk Mitigation Projects
Food Safety and Quality Process Improvement for Suppliers and External Factories
Analyze information and support theFSQ Complianceteam
Analyze information and support the SCQM team
SCQM Performance analysis and tracking performance against plan
Some specific activities that will be the responsibility of the FSQ intern:
Perform root-cause analyses
Analyzefactory processes,mapand documentresults
SCQM Performance analysis and follow-up management
Supplier engagementwith regard tosupplier performance and compliance with established ways of working
Perform supportive tasks related to external manufacturer audits and quality improvement meetings
Specific Team Requirements:
Food Quality Management/ Food Technology/Food Safety Bachelors/Mastersstudent
HACCP, food operational knowledge, and risk management are crucial.
Product development experience is a plus.
You are precise with data,analytical,and result driven.
Basic Requirements:
You should havestrong communicationskills and fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement but other languages are a plus).
EU/ EEA Students: you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university for at least 50% of the internship period.
Non – EU student: you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university for the whole duration of the internship period.
