The Head of EMEA Regional Marketing is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for the Bipolar Discrete portfolio across the EMEA region by bridging global strategy with regional execution.
What you will do
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop & implement Regional Marketing Strategy aligned with global objectives and tailored to local market needs across EMEA Region.
Ensure alignment with commercial goals, such as revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
Lead execution of regional marketing campaigns or programs that drive brand awareness, demand, and customer engagement.
Market & Customer Insights
Identify opportunities for market penetration, customer segmentation, and demand generation.
Lead market research to understand customer behaviors, regional trends, and competitive landscapes.
Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.
Provide regular reporting and insights to the head of Marketing & Strategy
Commercial Enablement
Closely work with GSM, Product Groups, Marketing Operations and other cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
Drive GSM teams with regional marketing team to accelerate pipeline and conversions.
Optimize pricing strategies, value propositions, and commercial offers per market.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Manage and mentor regional marketing teams across countries.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations and product groups to localize global initiatives while providing feedback from regional markets.
Act as the regional voice in global marketing discussions.
Influence internal stakeholders across functions (e.g., sales, finance, product groups, operations, quality, others)
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Drive KPIs and take proper actions to improve marketing effectiveness, lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
What you will need
University degree in electrical engineering or business administration with technical affinity
Minimum 10 years sales or marketing experience in the Semiconductor Industry
Proven international leadership experience in a cross functional/cultural team
Strong knowledge of semiconductor markets, customers, their applications, and/or supply chains
Experienced in dealing with global OEM channels and partners, building and maintaining good relationships with them
Ability to identify high-growth segments in the EMEA region and align product roadmaps to specific regional technical requirements
Direct experience in high-level OEM contract negotiations and volume-pricing agreements
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English
Ability to define and execute strategies skillfully involving multiple global internal and external stakeholders.
