As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical stability of machines and systems. You’ll ensure that everything in the factory runs smoothly, from maintenance to troubleshooting and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal machine function through regular maintenance and quick resolution of breakdowns. Replace parts, adjust systems, and minimize downtime.
- Quickly identify and resolve technical issues, both mechanically and electrically.
- Continuously seek ways to make the production line more efficient and reliable, improving overall machine performance.
- Maintain detailed technical records of maintenance and breakdowns, ensuring all data is easily accessible for future reference.
Requirements:
- MBO or HBO degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive, or a similar technical field.
- Affinity with technology and experience in machine maintenance within a production environment. Whether you’re an experienced technician or just starting out, you’ll have room to grow.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, with an understanding of PLC-controlled systems.
- Breakdowns are a challenge for you, and you can quickly find solutions.
