Your contribution as a Quality Engineer
As a Quality Engineer, you are the guardian of our quality promise. You dive deep into the matter when a complaint arises or a process falters. You are not a report-writer for the drawer, but an analytical pioneer who ensures structural improvements. You connect the shop floor with the customer and ensure we get a little smarter every day.
What you will actually do:
- Portfolio Ownership: You are responsible for the quality surrounding one specific customer; all complaints, feedback, and internal alignments land on your desk.
- Root Cause Analysis: You coordinate containments and perform thorough analyses to find the core of a problem.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You team up with engineering and production to implement solutions and ensure operators are trained to prevent future errors.
- Strategic Roadmap: Alongside the daily dynamics, you participate in long-term improvement projects that take our organization to the next level.
- Customer Partnering: You are the counterpart to the customer's quality representative and lead weekly meetings to safeguard the progress of the 8D process.

What you bring to the table
- A completed degree in a technical or industrial engineering field.
- Demonstrable experience with quality systems in a production or cleanroom environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a drive to unravel complex problems (Root Cause Analysis).
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to hold your ground with customers.
- Experience with improvement methodologies such as CAPA and the 8D process.
