During your assignment you will be part of the R&D People and Performance team. You’ll be working in a high performing team, always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the People & Performance Lead of R&D International. As an intern at Kraft Heinz, you will be leading your own project, learning in an international environment. Get ready for a lot of exposure to stakeholders and to act as ambassador for Kraft Heinz.

Assignments and key activities:

  • Recruitment : leading the recruitment for our next generation interns in the Young Talent Program. 
  • Internal communication:  creating our bi-monthly functional newsletters.
  • HR support:  supporting our HR Business Partner on other relevant HR projects in our People and Performance cycle. 
  • Requirements :

  • HR, Business Administration/ International Business, Psychology, Communication or related field Bachelor/Masters student.
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excell, Teams/Outlook) is preferrable
  • Knowledge on Workday is a plus
  • Experiences with internship in Recruitment or HR is a plus
  • You are a self-starter, who can work independently and have a stakeholder management mindset.
  • You should have strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement but other languages are a plus)
  • You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load for the duration of the internship.
