Please note that this is a hybrid role, with an on‑site presence requirement in the Etten office three times per week. Key Accountabilities: What you’ll do: Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of rolesUse multiple sourcing tools and channels to build qualified and diverse pipelinesCollaborate with Hiring Managers and Service Leaders to align recruitment strategies with business needsExecute targeted outreach and tailored candidate conversations to attract top talentCoordinate and manage interview and selection processesWork closely with TA Operations to track activity, ensure data accuracy, and report on key metricsPrepare and deliver quality shortlists within agreed timelines and service levelsEnsure an excellent Candidate, Client, and Hiring Manager experience through proactive communicationMaintain accurate and timely data in all recruitment systems and ATSSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to delivering results aligned with SLAs, KPIs, and team goalsSkills & Requirements: Must‑haves Demonstrated experience managing full‑cycle recruitmentStrong sourcing skills using a variety of tools and platformsBusiness fluency in Dutch (a must)Business‑level English, spoken and writtenStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsAbility to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentExperience using recruitment technology, ATS, and databasesStrong organizational and detail‑orientation skillsAwareness of compliance, data accuracy, and recruitment‑related legislation Good to have Recruitment experience within Engineering / Mechanical / Manufacturing sectorsProven ability to create content and use social media for talent attractionStrong problem‑solving, prioritization, and analytical thinking skillsExperience working in an RPO or multinational setting Why AMS?:At AMS, we come from every walk of life – and that’s what makes us unique.
