What does a Sales Executive do?

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our business growth. You will manage the sales in your region, working closely with our Distributor network to increase sales and profitability. Your responsibilities include engaging with existing and prospective customers, using “Value Added” selling techniques to position our products effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

    To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Senior sales experience with a proven track record in “Value Added” Food Packaging solution selling.
  • Experience selling to or through Distributors, particularly in large national accounts.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently from a home office, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
