About the role
In this role, you serve as the Global HR Business Partner for our global corporate support function Finance. You will collaborate with domestic and international business leaders and colleagues to execute innovative and business relevant HR strategies and programs to ensure the client groups have the necessary skilled resources to meet Nexperia’s business goals.
This challenging position is based in Nijmegen, The Netherlands or in Hamburg, Germany.
What you will do
In this position you will have responsibility for translating the Business and HR strategies into an executable HR agenda. You will work with HR colleagues and senior business leaders to ensure that the HR practices and processes enable the business to meet the company goals.
Partner with the General Managers and the leadership team on all matters relating to people, organization structure and leadership.
Own and drive the talent management initiatives (Succession planning, Performance management, Employee development, retention).
Own, manage and accurately report workforce planning for the assigned businesses.
Proactively execute transformation and change within the assigned businesses.
Leverage global metrics and analytics to drive fact-based decisions.
Initiates and leads discussions on HR policies and procedures improvement.
What you will need
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR Business partner experience in an international organization.
Furthermore, you have:
A relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree.
To be operational efficient and strategically credible.
Strong influencing skills.
The skills of being at ease within a matrix management environment.
