Management of the calculator for Product Carbon Footprints (PCF) / Life Cycle Assessments (LCA)
Furtherdevelopmentof thePCFcalculator (adaptations in the external software) based on primary data and according to the ISO 14067 standard / Catena-X rule book while ensuring data protection and information security
Coordination of departments that contribute to the LCA / PCF calculations
Derivation targets and actions toreduceGHGemissionsbasedonPCF calculation together with relevant departments
Creation of reports (e.g. ISO standard), answer customer requests and enable access for sales
Providing benchmark assessments
Engagement with customers together with sales
Provide trainingsfor sales
Evaluation of relevant regulations,customer requirements, and other stakeholder requirements
Cooperation with all Nexperia Sites (global network) and external consultants
This is you:
Completed studies (Master, Diploma, or MBA) in the field of engineering, ideally with a connection to sustainability or carbon accounting, ideally with connection to product management
3+ years of relevant professional experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) or Product carbon Footprint (PCF) calculations, preferably from the semiconductor or automotive industry
Experience with the ISO 14067 standard is an advantage
Targeted, independent, and structured way of working with high standards of quality and strong collaborative mindset
Experience with change/transformation management and integrating various stakeholders from different hierarchical levels and external partners
Empathy, strong persuasion and communication expertise, coupled with intercultural and networking skills
Experience in responding to diverse customer requests
Proficient in English; German and/or Chinese are an advantage
International experience is an advantage
