About the job

Within the Customer Support department will you be responsible for developing services- and spares portfolio for both the installed base of the existing Inert Gas Systems and the fast growing Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems.

Your daily tasks are:

Developing service packages.

Creating service portfolios based on concept sketches from Sales Engineers and customer demands.

Acquiring technical and commercial information from relevant OEM’s about maintenance, spare parts and other services. Possibly develop new services together with OEMs.

Creating marketing documentation and specifications.

Improving/testing the profitability by offered service packages.

Supporting relevant Alfa Laval companies around the world.

Who you are

Customer centricity is in your DNA. You’re good in translating customer requirements into technically and commercially attractive offers. You go the extra mile to support the Sales Managers Service in getting the success.

Further, you have:

Bachelor degree.

At least have 3 years of experience in an international high-tech company.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Creative and structured personality.

Customer-oriented and commercially sensitive.

Have a flexible response to customer needs.
