To strengthen our team in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, we are looking for a full-time/ on-site: Service & Repair Engineer (m/f/d).In the role of Service & Repair Engineer, you will be part of our sustainable technical service organization of the EMEA business unit. You will report to the EMEA Service Manager. The focus of your work is in the following areas: Repairing all types of hardware failures at component, board swap and software levelCommunicating with customersReporting to and collaborating with service and development departments in the USACooperating with the Applications departments on the Netherlands, Germany, the UK and Dubai officesGenerating and verifying software licenses for the use of Q-SYS equipment, when neededStay up to date with our most recent technics due to trainings offline and online.Vocational-level education in electronics (MBO) or equivalent through experienceAnalytical and problem-solving skills based on knowledge and interest in audio and computer equipmentDriver’s license (Class B) is a preStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenFluent spoken and written level in Dutch and EnglishAbility to work both independently and in a teamSolid knowledge of computers and computer networksWilling to continuously learn new thingsA varied task in an internationally very successful company.You can expect a committed and intercultural environment.An attractive salary package including company pension scheme and private supplementary insurance.
