Overview
In this Teamleader role, you will guide daily warehouse operations at our Life Science & Healthcare campus in Nijmegen, ensuring smooth performance and team development. You’ll focus on quality by documenting and resolving issues and driving CAPAs with internal and customer focus. You work with Blue Yonder and other systems, monitor processes, and coordinate with fellow Teamleaders to keep shifts running effectively. You’ll coach colleagues, foster a safe and positive environment, and lead staffing and development conversations. This is a growth-focused leadership role at a top logistics provider with meaningful impact on healthcare logistics.
