Responsibilities
What will you do?
At Plat4mation, you will work as a Technical Platform Consultant in a team of enthusiastic PaaS specialists. You will work on high-impact, challenging projects for large national and international organizations in the financial, energy, telecom, and high-tech industries. You will be based in our Utrecht office or at the customer premises.
As a consultant, you will operate in a project environment focused on delivering value to clients. Your role involves implementing platforms that automate processes through innovative platform applications. You will design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform following Plat4mation’s best practices. It is crucial that you are both IT and business-minded to connect both worlds effectively.
To support your work, we provide continuous training and coaching to ensure you acquire the necessary skills in PaaS. The experience of our colleagues and partners will also help increase your knowledge. Additionally, you will have opportunities to contribute internally to the company’s success. Depending on the project, your tasks may include:
- Translating functional requirements into technical designs, with a focus on platform performance, maintainability, and upgradability.
- Delivering current services to our customers and enhancing our internal service delivery capabilities.
- Building solution designs that follow ServiceNow and Plat4mation’s best practices.
