What does a Territory Sales Manager do?

Manages direct and in-direct sales of Protective Packaging solutions in the Southern area of the Netherlands and relationships with existing customers and Channel Partners. Develops opportunities for new business from the existing customers and potential new customers in his/her markets area.

  • Your ability to focus on both the growth of existing customers and the generation of new business will expand our market presence and increase our customer base.
  • Your comprehensive understanding of the sales process, including partnership development, forecasting, value proposition, and contract management, will streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Your teamwork skills will allow you to work closely with our Packaging Development Centre Laboratory team to deliver customized customer solutions, driving customer satisfaction and business success.
  •  Your role as a key liaison between customers and internal divisions will ensure smooth and effective communication and collaboration, optimizing our operational efficiency and customer experience.


  • Higher professional education or Secondary education – NIMA A/B preferred. 
  • Self-starter, proactive, enthusiastic and good communication skills, commercial, fast handling, hands on, representative
  • Sales experience in packaging market environments.
  • Experience or good understanding from Inbound to Outbound processes in warehouses to sell “”value add”” in packaging solution sales is preferred. 
  • Good communication skill, persuasive, self-motivated, accountable, forward thinking, result driven, and with high degree of integrity.  
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language
  • In possession of a driver license B.
