CMODX Website: Key Objectives – CMODX is a curated list of the best high-end, unique and award winning mods, systems and co-developed projects between passionate enthusiasts and Cooler Master.- You will build strong relationships with potential partners for CMODX and you will collaborate with the European Sales Teams to deploy product portfolio strategy while developing new channels.
– We are seeking someone who will utilize their knowledge and who can foresee changing customer needs, market trends, and harbors the ability to effectively communicate product value to the marketplace. Role & Responsibilities Channel Management:- Communicate from product line objectives to deploy product strategies within global channels.- Collect & analyze market and competitive feedback- Deployment of channel strategies (Retail Experiences, Online contents, and portfolio deployment)- Stock, Price, Product, Distribution, Investment, Promotion, Event Management, Channel ROI management, gather customer and market information. (CM> Distributor> Dealer> End-User)
– Develop working processes and relationships with partners that turn into revenue.
– Generate profits and save costs through negotiating.
– Initiate regular meetings with local sales team for product update, and discussion strategy, and aid in strategizing sales enablement tools for new and existing products. Marketing Activities:
– Support product launches in channel, marketing and PR collateral, sales tools, sales training, promotional campaigns and lead/revenue generation. Create media exposure plan to create demand and increase brand awareness. Operational Experience/Academic Qualification
– Educated to bachelor degree level or equivalent.- At least 2 years experience in sales/marketing environment, preferably with channel or (mass) retail.
– Experience with IT and PC hardware/components/gaming sales.
– Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point.
– Manage multiple projects and requests on a daily/weekly basis.- Experience of B2B negotiations to achieve best possible use of time and budget in channel.
– Fluency in English and knowledge of Mandarin is considered a big plus.
